Hydrotherapy with Kettering Physio First

Hydrotherapy is exercise and mobilisations done in a warm water pool utilising the properties of water to facilitate recovery.

We use the resistance of the water to help strengthen weak muscles, and the bouyancy of water to help mobilise joints, and stretch tight muscles and other soft tissues. The warmth helps allow for relaxation.

At Balance Health Club we have the ability to use the single depth swimming pool to undertake water based exercise.
